Matt Cody

Matt Cody joined CCAG in 2023 and supports the appraisal process by conducting site visits, verifying transactions, writing reports, and modeling financial projections.

Matt received his undergraduate degree in Real Estate from Temple University.

Matt is an associate member of the Keystone Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and is expected to receive his Pennsylvania Certified General Appraisal License in early 2024.
