Jason Wewer

Jason Wewer joined Commonwealth Commercial Appraisal Group in January 2024 as a Market Analyst. He is currently pursuing a degree in Economics at Temple University’s Fox School of Business.

In his role, Jason verifies commercial real estate sale and lease activity and tracks real estate, infrastructure, and economic development projects throughout Pennsylvania and Delaware. 

He supports CCAG’s research and thought leadership initiatives by preparing quarterly economic updates, contributing to the firm’s Value Terminal market publications, and delivering regular market update presentations to the appraisal team. His work strengthens CCAG's market insight, data accuracy, and analytical depth.
