Jack Healy

Jack Healy is an Associate Appraiser with Commonwealth Commercial Appraisal Group and is working toward his Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license. A lifelong resident of the Philadelphia region, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of South Carolina.

Jack is developing experience in the valuation and analysis of commercial real estate throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland. His appraisal experience includes multifamily, retail, office, land, mixed-use, and industrial assets. His work involves market and property research, comparable sales and lease analysis, financial analysis, and the preparation of commercial appraisal reports.

Prior to entering the commercial real estate appraisal profession, Jack worked in mortgage lending and obtained Mortgage Loan Originator licenses in 12 states. His background in finance and lending provides valuable experience in real estate finance, credit analysis, property transactions, and client communication.
