Drew Payne

Drew Payne is the Director of Project Management at Commonwealth Commercial Appraisal Group and has been an integral part of the firm since joining in March 2021.

She oversees firm-wide operations, serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and ensuring seamless coordination between leadership, appraisers, and clients.

Drew manages project intake, engagement coordination, document collection, and inspection scheduling, allowing appraisers to remain focused on valuation and analysis. 

In addition, Drew supports financial organization, workflow documentation, marketing coordination, and internal events. Her process-driven approach and attention to detail are central to CCAG’s operational consistency and continued growth.
