Lancaster

Lancaster combines historic character with steady demand for industrial, multifamily, and adaptive reuse projects. As a land-constrained market with a strong base of local business owners, values are shaped by limited supply, high demand for quality space, and creative reuse of existing assets. Local involvement provides a critical perspective on how Lancaster’s mix of institutional investors and local owner-users approach value in this evolving market.

Our principals are nationally designated members of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), both Brendan Wewer and Michael Rohm are active in the CCIM Institute (PA/NJ/DE Chapter), and together they contribute regularly as instructors, moderators, and panelists across professional associations in Central and Eastern Pennsylvania.

Michael Rohm, MAI, CCIM, R/W-AC, is deeply involved in Lancaster’s commercial real estate community, leading educational sessions on land development, highest and best use, and appraisal processes, as well as moderating panels with the Lancaster Commercial & Industrial Council.

He also serves on the Board of Directors and as Program Director for the

Lancaster County Association of Realtors Commercial & Industrial Council.

Brendan Wewer, MAI, has presented for LCAR on land development feasibility, further reflecting our team’s

active role in expanding professional knowledge and applying it directly to real-world appraisal assignments.
