Harrisburg / Central PA
Central Pennsylvania’s capital region blends the stability of state government with a diverse private-sector economy.
Harrisburg and its surrounding suburbs continue to attract industrial, medical, and professional office growth, supported by steady infrastructure investment and a strong regional workforce.
In this environment, appraisers with an ear to the market—active in real estate associations and supported by strong professional networks—are best positioned to deliver credible, well-supported valuations.
Our principals are nationally designated members of the Appraisal Institute (MAI),
both Brendan Wewer and Michael Rohm are active in the CCIM Institute (PA/NJ/DE Chapter),
and together they contribute regularly as instructors, moderators, and panelists across professional associations
in Central and Eastern Pennsylvania.

Michael Rohm, MAI, CCIM, R/W-AC, has been a leading instructor and panelist in Central PA,
presenting on valuation of income-producing properties, land development feasibility,
and municipal approval hurdles.

Brendan Wewer, MAI, has also contributed as a GHAR speaker on land valuation and development analysis.
Beyond speaking, Michael provides leadership as President of the Appraisal Institute Keystone Chapter, Immediate Past Chair of the GHAR Commercial Council, Chair of multiple regional symposiums, and as a board member with Greater Harrisburg Area Habitat for Humanity, the East Shore YMCA, and GHAR’s School Advisory Board.

This combination of professional leadership, teaching, and community service underscores our commitment to advancing industry knowledge and applying it directly to the Central PA market.
