The Connect CRE Next Generation Awards recognize emerging leaders in commercial real estate who are making a meaningful impact through client service, market knowledge, leadership, and industry involvement. Brendan’s recognition reflects his work in commercial real estate appraisal, valuation advisory, going-concern valuation, highest and best use analysis, development feasibility, and complex property assignments throughout Pennsylvania and the Mid-Atlantic region.
At Commonwealth Commercial Appraisal Group, Brendan specializes in valuation and advisory services for a wide range of commercial real estate assets, including mixed-use properties, hospitality assets, special-use properties, development sites, and operating businesses where real estate value, FF&E, and intangible business value may need to be analyzed separately. His experience allows CCAG to support lenders, attorneys, property owners, investors, developers, municipalities, and institutional clients with thoughtful, well-supported valuation analysis.
In addition to his appraisal and advisory work, Brendan has helped lead CCAG’s continued growth through internal valuation model development, workflow improvements, technology implementation, and mentorship of younger appraisers. His focus on systems, consistency, and professional development reflects CCAG’s broader commitment to high-quality commercial real estate appraisal services across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and the greater Mid-Atlantic region.
