Nathan Yoder, MAI

Nathan Yoder, MAI is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute and a licensed Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Pennsylvania and New York.

Nathan was born and raised in central Pennsylvania and currently resides in Philadelphia.

He graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration – Finance.

Nathan has experience appraising a wide variety of properties with special emphasis on the following property types: industrial, apartments, offices, retail, mixed use, commercial and residential land, mobile home parks, bowling alleys, banquet halls, schools, post-secondary educational campuses, and other special use properties.

He has also participated in a number of complex condemnation appraisal assignments throughout Pennsylvania and completed numerous going concern appraisals for several property types.

Nathan also has experience completing appraisals conforming to the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisition (aka "Yellow Book") and PennDOT Publication 378 the Right-of-Way Manual.
