Brendan Wewer, MAI, CCIM, ASA-GC

Brendan Wewer is a Certified General Appraiser licensed in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and New Jersey. 

He earned the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2023, the CCIM designation in 2026, and the ASA-GC designation from the American Society of Appraisers in 2026. He holds a BBA in Risk Management & Insurance from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.

Brendan provides commercial real estate valuation and advisory services throughout the Mid-Atlantic, with a focus on complex and special-use assignments. His work includes highest and best use analysis, feasibility studies, litigation support, expert witness services, and going-concern valuation.

His appraisal experience spans land, multifamily, industrial and manufacturing facilities, office and medical properties, retail, hospitality, automobile dealerships, affordable housing, adaptive reuse, development projects, and other specialized property types.

In addition to client work, Brendan is actively involved in firm leadership, talent development, technology integration, industry speaking, publishing, and mentoring emerging professionals. His work has been published by the National Association of Realtors, International Right of Way Association, and Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal.
