Brendan Wewer, MAI

Brendan was born and raised in Harrisburg and currently resides in Philadelphia.

He is a graduate of Temple University’s Fox School of Business with a major in Risk Management & Insurance.

Brendan is an MAI-designated appraiser and provides commercial valuation and advisory services across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with a focus in Eastern PA. He also accepts select assignments in Delaware, Maryland, and New Jersey.

Brendan regularly presents on land valuation at Temple University and has been published in International Right of Way Magazine on the topic.
