Brendan Wewer, MAI

Brendan was born and raised in Harrisburg and currently resides in Philadelphia.

He is a graduate of Temple University’s Fox School of Business with a major in Risk Management & Insurance.

Brendan is an MAI-designated appraiser and provides commercial valuation and advisory services across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with a focus in Eastern PA.

Brendan also holds a salesperson license in the state of PA.

Brendan regularly presents on land valuation at Temple University and has been published in International Right of Way Magazine on the topic.
